Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of STUKFUN (“the floor,” “we,” “us”), operated by Odinala. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

1. What STUKFUN is

STUKFUN is a social platform for discussing stocks listed on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX). Users post takes, tag tickers, react (🐂/🐻), reply, quote, and follow other users. Nothing on STUKFUN is financial advice. Price data and community sentiment are shown for discussion, not as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Do your own research and consult a licensed advisor before making investment decisions.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use STUKFUN. You can sign up with an email and password or with Google — either way, you’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. One account per person; don’t create accounts to evade a suspension or to impersonate someone else.

3. Your content

You own what you post — text, images, GIFs, and video alike. By posting, you grant STUKFUN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform, including in feeds, profiles, and notifications shown to other users. That license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it’s been reposted or quoted by someone else, or where we’re required to retain it (see our Privacy Policy).

You’re responsible for what you post. Don’t post anything that:

• Is false or misleading in a way intended to move a stock’s price (pump-and-dump, coordinated hype, fake catalysts).
• Infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Harasses, threatens, or targets another user or a private individual.
• Is spam, or advertises something unrelated to NGX discussion.
• Impersonates a person, company, or official account without disclosure.
• Is illegal under Nigerian law.

4. Verified accounts and badges

Some accounts carry a verified mark, indicating an account we’ve confirmed as official — it is not user-settable and doesn’t imply endorsement of anything the account posts. The community badges shown on profiles (e.g. Caller, Bag Holder) are earned in-app based on posting history and carry no other meaning.

5. Moderation and termination

We can remove content, suspend, or terminate an account that violates these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice for serious violations (e.g. market manipulation, illegal content, harassment). For less serious issues we’ll generally try to warn you first. You can delete your account at any time from settings.

6. Third-party data and links

NGX price and ticker data shown on STUKFUN comes from third-party sources and is provided for discussion, not trading decisions — it may be delayed or inaccurate. Links posted by users to outside sites are not vetted or endorsed by us.

7. Disclaimers

STUKFUN is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content posted by users is accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform or reliance on anything posted on it — including investment losses.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
